Here is t he working version of my latest collection or mix CD. I intentionally made it so as to correspond thematically with this web site.

I really did not find music officially until High School. Sure, I listened to '45's in a friend's garage and also turned on the tunes playing from the jukebox and mono record player in our basement. But music never really filled me until High School. Maybe it was a way to channel the onset of hormones once I turned thirteen.

My first and favorite musician was Billy joel who helped me through many hours of teenage angst. Then in short order my other favorite groups are the Beatles, Chicago, ELO, Paul McCartney, Styx, the solo albums from Styx, Journey, Hall & Oates, you get the picture.

Each year, as I eluded in my artistic projects, I make for myself (my own personal use) a mix CD of my favorite romantic tunes from the year. This can be any romantic music at all that strikes me as poignant. I guess you could say, like in the movie Hi fidelity, that the CD compilation is autobiographical.

I also play the keyboards. It is my hope that I will lay down some tracks in Garageband and have them in this part of my web site to be enjoyed, or panned, by all.

As far as my music taste goes, I would say that above all I despise country music. I am not a big fan of the southern twang and the subject matter of many country songs. I used to despise rap and heavy metal as well, but I have learned to like it as I grow older. i suppose my bad disposition towards Metal and Rap was based on the way it made me feel when I listened to it. Plus I started hanging out with a gang, got some tats and piercing's, and went on the road as a roadie for Bon Jovi.

Seriously though. I was once a part of the basement band phenom back when I was with Ty Being, Eric Rothmans, and some girl Ty liked named Piper. We sucked, and once the bass shattered a glass trophy, which caused us to name ourselves "shattered Glass." The band never took off, and the covers we tried to do really blew chunks.

Still music is a big part of my life. Certainly it is what I listen to when I go on walks, or while I am busy on my latest artistic endeavor (though it is hard to concentrate while writing).

Next couple of pages I thus contribute to music and it's effect on me. This will be my fan site of all things that I consider to be important. Hopefully I can also make this interesting to you, the viewer as well.

Each person's taste in music is personal and dependent upon a multitude of factors such as place of birth, what was playing while you grew up, what your parents liked to listen to, the list goes on and on.

Like food, we all know what we like and don't like and can't believe that someone else would like what we don't like. So, please I warn you, if you do not like the groups I mentioned in the preceding line, stay back, as this will only anger you more.

Al Davis realized he wasn't cut out for it. still on occasion he will cut a CD. His most recent CD "Rap Polka" sold 20 copies. mos to bf the people who bought it thought it was going to be a comedy album. Boy were they disappointed
